Effortless Meal Logging & Real Metabolism Tracking

Photograph your plate — PlateSight names the dish and estimates the portion, calories and macros. Add a word about what the camera can't see: oil in the pan, sugar in the cup.

Core Capabilities

Designed for Effortless Nutrition

Smart automation and practical tools for everyday health.

Adaptive Biofeedback

Analytics That Adapt to Your Body

Textbook formulas describe an average person. PlateSight sets your logged meals against your weight trend to measure what you actually burn.

Only in PlateSight

What we haven't found in other trackers

Everything below already works in the app.

70%

Learns your portions

Every saved dish keeps two numbers: what the model proposed and what you kept. When your corrections show a steady bias, the next estimates move toward your plate — by 70% of the measured gap, so they don't overshoot.

≤150 kcal

A bank that forgives

Ate more or less than planned? The next days' targets shift by at most 150 kcal each. A deviation lives for a week, and anything over 600 kcal is written off openly instead of turning into a debt.

kcal / 1,000 steps

Your own price of a step

Measured from your weight trend and diary and shown next to the formula's range for your weight. Move more than you usually do by this hour, and today's target goes up; move less, and it eases down.

Forecast → fact

A forecast that checks itself

The weight forecast is drawn as a cone, not a line. Later the app puts its old forecast next to your real weight: what it predicted, within what margin, and what happened.

“It's a coincidence”

Hypotheses with proof

AI spots patterns in your diary; the app checks each one on your data and shows the sample and margin. Late dinners are compared with matched nights — bedtime within ±30 minutes. Disagree? One tap, and it's gone for a month.

Resting HR · HRV

Am I losing too fast?

Days when the deficit exceeds 30% of your burn are marked, and resting heart rate and HRV from Health Connect are compared with your own range over the two months before — not a textbook norm.

Why it spiked

The scale, explained

When the scale jumps, the app checks your own history of salty days and the water weight that follows them. When weight stalls for three weeks against what the diary predicts, it names the gap in numbers.

Mutual

Friends without numbers

A friend sees something only if both of you turn on the same switch — and even then only days with a habit met. Weight, calories and goals are never shared.

Compared with publicly described features of popular calorie trackers, October 2026. Some offer related tools, such as adaptive expenditure or menu scanning; this list covers what we didn't find.

Our Principles

Built on transparency, zero clutter, and respect for your health data.

01

Privacy by Design

Meal photos are deleted right after recognition. Friends see only what both of you allowed. Export all your data or delete your account from the app.

02

Zero Clutter, Zero Ads

No banners or ads. Reminders are calm and can be turned off.

03

Honest Numbers

Unknown is shown as unknown, not as zero. Every conclusion shows its sample and margin, and says what it doesn't prove.
