How to delete your account yourself

Open the PlateSight app → "Profile" tab → "Delete Account" → confirm. Deletion is instantaneous and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Profile data: name, email, biological sex, date of birth, height, weight, goal, and calculated baseline norm.
Complete food diary, including ingredients and weights for every meal entry.
Weigh-in history.
Generated AI recommendations based on your diary.
Achievements and progress records.
Friend requests and tournament participation.

What is retained and for how long

Server access logs without your user identifier — 30 days.
Encrypted database backups, from which data is purged during standard backup rotation — up to 35 days.

If you do not have access to the app

Send an email to privacy@platesight.tech from the email address registered with your PlateSight account. The PLATESIGHT LTD team will permanently delete your account within 30 days and confirm via email.
